In addition to information that you supply explicitly on the website such as but not limited to name, address, email address, and phone number we also collect information such as your IP address, internet browser, bandwidth, location and other information needed to provide you with access to our products and services.
Use of Information
Only, authorized VMock™ employees and service providers have access to your personal information. VMock™ uses the information you share with us to provide you with access to our products and services, communicate with you, perform research and analysis to improve our products and services, manage our systems, and provide you with personalized customer service. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our products and services or as we deem necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not share, sell, rent or trade your Personal Information with third parties other than as disclosed within this Policy.

We do not knowingly or specifically collect Personal Information from users under 13 years of age. We do not authorize users under 13 years of age to use the Services or our website. VMock™ makes considerable efforts to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and/or destruction. We have built our entire technology system so that no one can access candidate information without an appropriate password or without explicit approval (via feedback request). We also use leading encryption methods to safe guard user access data. In addition, our servers are hosted at a leading third-party facility for added security and reliability. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its security.

Transfer of VMock Ownership
